I just noticed that they seem to be run by different drivers (see below). I am running a laptop with an external monitor for extended desktop. I'm working with tech support, but I haven't yet heard back from them, so I'm looking for additional assistance. The program worked fine through a show on Monday, but now today it's resumed crashing. I've been in touch with vMix tech support, and followed the recommendations I was given: I factory reset the computer, installed Windows 10 Pro v2004, updated the graphics driver to the current version, and re-installed vMix. There is no warning and no error message the program will just disappear.

It's happened whether I'm actively working in vMix, or simply letting it run.

My company is relatively new to vMix, and though there's a lot that I like about it, we've been running into the problem that vMix often crashes on us.
